Viewport Lab does not collect, track, or share any personal information.

• No external servers
• No background data collection

Permissions & How They Are Used

• activeTab: Allows opening the current page inside the simulator window.
• tabs: Manages simulator windows (open, close, rotate, refresh).
• scripting: Injects extension toolbar (rotate, refresh, theme, screenshot).
• storage: Saves user theme/device preferences (no personal data).
• downloads: Saves screenshots you capture.
• <all_urls>: Needed to preview any website in viewports.

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transfer any information to third parties.

Offline Functionality

All functionality is local. Websites, screenshots, and test results never leave your browser.
